Kamli

With more than 20 years of dedicated service, Kamli is known for her excellent plucking skills and careful selection of fine standard leaves. During peak season, she consistently harvests about 80–100 kg of high-quality leaf per day, showing both speed and precision.

Jhalo

Jhalo has been a dedicated tea plucker at for the past 35 years. As a respected Sardarni or group leader, she leads a team of 45 women pluckers, guiding them with experience and care. Under her supervision, only fine, quality leaves are carefully harvested, ensuring excellence in every batch.

Sangita

Sangita, 36, brings versatility and dedication to the tea garden. Beyond plucking, Sangita also supports the manufacturing process at times, assisting in the factory to ensure the leaf is handled with equal care after harvest.

Rupali

Rupali, 32, is a devoted mother of two and a passionate tea garden worker whose days begin with the morning mist over the bushes. Her gentle hands and sharp attention to detail reflect both a mother’s care and a planter’s pride - nurturing not only her children at home but also the very bushes that shape each season’s harvest.

Alti

Alti is a respected Sardarni leading a dedicated team of 55 women tea pluckers. Beyond plucking, Alti is highly skilled in pruning - shaping the bushes with precision to maintain plant health and encourage vigorous new growth. Her expertise plays a vital role in sustaining both quality and yield season after season.

Mina

Mina, 29, represents the new generation of skilled tea pluckers. With sharp eyes and swift hands, she carefully selects only the finest two leaves and a bud, ensuring premium quality in every harvest. Her dedication, energy, and natural understanding of the leaf make her an exceptional plucker and a proud part of the garden’s future.

Ranjita

Ranjita is known in the garden for her steady pace and remarkable consistency. What makes Ranjita special is her cheerful spirit. Often humming traditional tunes while she works, bringing energy to the team around her. Her positive presence and dedication reflect the harmony of the tea garden, where care, skill, and passion come together in every harvest.
